This is normal way the valve should be open

This way is closed

Make sure both valves are closed

Next turn off the boiler, just in case

There is a key that comes with TF1 filter

Drain the filter into a bucket or something

Flush filter and the internal magnetic with water

Put it back, turn valve and boiler on
